is a private, member owned club that has existed to serve the social and recreational interest of its members since 1915. At Blue Ridge, you will find a friendly and diverse membership, a dedicated staff of professionals, a wide variety of social events, as well as activities for every member of your family.

Blue Ridge Country Club was organized on April 16, 1915 with a charter membership of 32 active and 21 associate members. The officers elected during this meeting were Dr. J.W. Luther, President; O.O. Jarrad, Vice President; H.N. Blunt, Secretary, and F.P. Sinn, Treasure. During the first year a 9-hole course was laid out with the efficient assistance of J.S. McKaig of Franklin, PA. The clubhouse was officially opened on July 3, 1915, and by the third week of July the entire course opened for play. In 1989 nine “new” holes were developed and finalized by well-known local architect, Jim Blaukovitch, making Blue Ridge Country Club an eighteen-hole golf course. In 2002, after years of planning and redesign, ground was broken for the construction of the new clubhouse, complete with dining and pub facilities, scenic banquet room, and pro shop. As long as there is excellence in the game of golf, Blue Ridge Country Club will strive to continue the tradition of the past.

Blue Ridge Country Club stands in a secluded, wooded setting that offers an abundance of wildlife as well as scenic views. Often referred to as one of the best tracks in the Lehigh Valley and Pocono areas, Blue Ridge has challenging holes that require accurately placed shots as well as distance. The golf course strikes the perfect balance between challenge and forgiveness. Featuring six sets of tees, ranging from 4900 to 6700 yards, Blue Ridge has a place for golfers of all abilities to enjoy.

You can play it forward for a more relaxing game, or brave the championship tees that will test the resolve of the most accomplished golfers. While every hole at Blue Ridge is unique and presents its own challenge, one thing they all have in common is superior conditioning. Off the tees, our wide and receptive landing areas position you for a perfect shot to the green. Once you are on the green, the true and smooth rolling surface will give you the confidence to sink that birdie putt. Along the way, there are just enough bunkers to keep you honest but not intimidate, and roughs that do not punish you when you trickle off the fairway.

From our lush tree lined fairways, to our meticulously manicured greens, you will find it is the attention to detail that sets us apart from other courses. If you chose not to take a cart, but prefer to walk, then Blue Ridge is the place for you. With mild elevation changes, and short distances between the holes, you can enjoy your round without feeling exhausted. The natural surrounding will enliven you in the spring, invigorate you in the summer and astonish you in the fall. Our picturesque views and serene setting will relax you, making the most of your recreational time.

The Pro Shop at Blue Ridge Country Club strives to offer the latest and most affordable products available in the market today. We stock the most current clubs and have them available as demos for the membership to test prior to making a purchase. We also provide the most current apparel from major suppliers like; Nike, Ping, Greg Norman, Tehama, Ashworth and Adidas just to name a few. Each of our suppliers offers a complete line of Men’s and Women’s shirts, as well as outwear.

When it comes to golf shoes, again, we stock the major suppliers and try to maintain a wide variety of sizes for members to try.We also carry the best golf balls in the industry. In fact, we provide our members the opportunity to find the ball that works best for them by inviting the Bridgestone and Titleist ball fitting teams to visit our club. We look forward to welcoming them back to our club again this year. Our pro shop also offers club repair which includes; re-gripping, shafting clubs, or updating your current clubs with the latest high tech shaft.

One of the highlights of the membership experience at Blue Ridge Country Club is quite simply the food. With exposed beam ceilings, wall to wall windows and a panoramic view overlooking the golf course, our dining room exudes charm, while providing an intimate backdrop for all of your special occasions.

Weather permitting; our members can also enjoy an outside dining experience while overlooking the majestic views of the golf course and mountains. Members and their guests have a choice of year round dining in our elegant main dining room, or casual Pub. Offering the highest standard of quality and service, our dedicated staff pride themselves on the family atmosphere they create for all of our members at Blue Ridge.

Our premier venue can be reserved for private parties such as weddings, anniversary parties, class reunions, as well as other memorable events.

The Pub at Blue Ridge Country Club has quickly become a favorite among members. Our fully stocked bar provides over 90 different liquors, 8 draft beers, 34 varieties of bottled beer, including a few non-alcoholic alternatives , as well as an exceptional wine list. Whether you are coming in for your favorite cocktail or finishing up a round of golf, the Pub at Blue Ridge Country Club is always set to please.
